Terri Rhodes' responsibilities include retail and wholesale sales in addition to design assistance as needed for our customers. Additionally, Terri has built valuable relationships with the area's finest builders and interior designers. With her father (Herb Sharp) being the original owner of Sharp Carpet & Ceramic Tile, Terri has actually been around the flooring business for most of her life and her years of being exposed to the ever changing flooring and design business have proven to give her an edge over her competition in this industry. After graduating with a B.A. degree in Computer Science from Florida State University in 1985 she worked in the Information Technology industry for eight years and in 1993, Terry started her floor covering career as a retail sales representative. Having seen the latest trends in style and application of material is what sets Terri apart from the typical retail sales associate.

Justin Hazellief has worked for Sharp Carpet & Ceramic Tile since 2011, originally as a Sub Contracted Flooring Installer. In October of 2022, Justin made the decision to continue his service with Sharp Carpet & Ceramic Tile by accepting the position of Sales Representative. His responsibilities include retail, wholesale, and commercial sales. Justin is responsible for the plan, pricing, and management of his projects. The product knowledge that Justin provides to our customer base is unparalleled. His years of experience in the field also provided the solid foundation for his ability to manage both the personnel and technical aspects of his projects. His priority has always been to ensure the satisfaction of his customers.

Mike Colton joined the Sharp Carpet team in November 2017 as an outside sales associate. Mike actually started with Sharp Carpet (formally Finishing Touch) in 1984. He has remained in the flooring industry since that time serving in both a sales and management capacity. This background provides the foundation for his ability to understand a wide variety of floor covering products, related technical aspects, and installation requirements. Mike’s responsibilities will include commercial sales, retail and open outside sales. The knowledge and the expertise he has in the flooring industry are a valuable asset to our company and his customers.

Ike Rhodes started his floor covering career as a Retail Sales Representative and Installation Manager with Sharp Carpet & Ceramic Tile in 1996. Prior to this Ike worked as a Quality Control and Senior Project Manager in the Information Technology industry for twelve years. In his current position, as General Manager, Ike's responsibilities cover the general daily operations including the business' management, sales staff management, installation scheduling, installation resolution, and consumer assistance as needed to support the overall success of Sharp Carpet &Ceramic Tile. His years of experience in all areas of the ever changing flooring business have proven to be an invaluable advantage for Sharp Carpet & Ceramic Tile. Ike takes great pride in continuing to sustain and build the families outstanding reputation in the flooring business that was initially developed by his father-in-law Herb Sharp.
